radio 1 questions

What are the different responsibilities of presenters and producers?
1 Assistant producer monitors sound levels and plans the show.
2 A music team produces each days playlist

What preparation that goes into each programme?
1 The team have a rough idea of what's going to be on the show then there's a hot food list of smaller 2 Things to use as fillers. The day also starts at 5 am.

What's most challenging and most enjoyable about working on the show?
1 They like each other
2 Not statistical pressure from bosses

What are the team dynamics like?
1 They understand each other because they are sat closely to each other.
2 Every one checks on each other
3 The team enjoys working with each other

How can you break into radio?
1 Get work experience in radio
2 Have good communication skills
3 Directly approaching radio institutes
4 Be persistent
